I almost didn’t go for a post today, but I know that for me, finding things to be happy about makes my day a little better. So here we go!

1. This crazy good sauce - My son and I mostly use TikTok to send funny vids back and forth, but this week he sent me a recipe for our regular Wednesday night dinner. I am married to an amazing cook, so he made this, and y’all. It is so good. It defintely takes some time to get all of the components put together, but nothing is hard, so if you’re looking for a new pasta dish, this is the one.

2. Speaking of TikTok - Have you seen the lady who makes wax melts that look like food? This is so much better than the cake fake outs. I spent entirely too much time watching these videos.

3. Couch - While Rich was cooking supper, the kids were casting various music they’d been listening to, and my son cast this version of the old Schoolhouse Rock song, Cojunction Junction. I’m a Gen X’er, so this hit the sweet spot. Enjoy!

4. Pedro Pascal on Hot Ones - I have a soft spot for folks who grind away at a job for years and then experience massive success, later than one might expect. Kathy Bates is my go-to, but Pedro Pascal has joined that list for me. He was on Hot Ones this week and it is just a delight. Enjoy!
