Why subscribe?

When theaters reopened in 2021, I went to every movie I could. One day, while I was seeing Escape Room 2, I tagged my local newspaper and said that I was a pretty good writer, and I went to all of the movies. It was mostly a joke, but they asked for a writing sample, and I’ve been writing for The Dominion Post since July 2021. In January 2022, my editors allowed me to begin republishing my reviews here following printing in the paper. So each week, there are at least two reviews of movies I have seen - one streaming and one in theaters.
