It definitely is a slow film. But gosh, it has so much emotional depth.
This one already on my list as I watch every baseball film. The few bits I've heard are all positive.
It wasn't quite what I expected, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think as much as it hit for me, it will have an even bigger impact on people who know more about baseball and really love the sport.
